1. How does RequestFill ensure the quality of leads?

   With our proprietary multi-dimensional match engine, our lead quality far outpaces the traditional simple keyword search engines resulting in leads that are looking specifically for the type of services providers meeting requester's needs.

   When a provider receives a matched lead, it means the requester is interested in contacting the provider to discuss in more details the requirements of the service needs. Providers receive details of the lead and exactly what the requester was searching. Providers pay only when they decide to reply to a lead after evaluation. The complete lead price is listed here.

   If after contacting a requester, a provider finds that the requester has false identity (e.g. incorrect email and/or phone number), provider can report such cases to RequestFill at support@requestfill.com. After verification, RequestFill will completely refund the lead fee to the provider.

   We record the IP address for each requester. If a false request comes from certain IP address, RequestFill has the right to block the requester and/or the IP address.

2. How does RequestFill monitor information of services providers profile is accurate?

   Company information is validated against Hoovers and D&B for accuracy. Service providers pay a one-time $50 account verification fee.

3. Once I find a provider using RequestFill's matching system, what is the benefit of contacting provider through RequestFill as opposed to my contacting the provider directly?

   As a requester, if you contact provider through RequestFill, your request is sent to the right sales executive who have specific service knowledge of your inquiry.

   Your specifications in the request are also sent to provider, so provider knows exactly what you are looking for on the first conversation.

   You don't have to call provider or look through their web site to find the right place to submit your inquiry or the right sales people to talk to.

4. Will RequestFill provide multi-dimensional matching and lead generation services beyond the IT service provider industry?

   Yes, using the same infrastructure, RequestFill will soon expand our multi-dimensional match and lead generation service to other industry sectors. In the current release, RequestFill already covers several business service sectors in addition to IT industry. RequestFill's mission is to become the next generation search directory for business services and lead generation web portal.

6. As a service provider, how do I update service profile on RequestFill's website?

   Each provider company has one Admin user and one or more power users. All power users have the privilege to update service profile as well as company profile. You can find your user status under "User info" tab in MyRequestFill, and admin user can change user privileges.
